Question #2: Do you offer free shipping?

Answer: Yes, we offer Free Shipping on most tire orders within the USA. Some exceptions may apply for heavy-duty freight or remote delivery areas. Shipping costs (if any) will always be shown at checkout.

Answer: Rubyinstar is a USA-based online store specializing in high-quality automotive tires. We operate as an e-commerce business and ship directly to customers within the USA.

Question #4: What if I receive a defective product?

Answer: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect tire, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the tire sidewall/damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no return cost to you.

Question #5: Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

Answer: Yes, we offer a 9-hour cancellation window for most orders. Because we strive for fast shipping, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order is processed, you may request a return after delivery according to our policy.

Question #6: What is your return policy?

Answer: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and uninstalled (never mounted on a rim). For safety reasons, tires that have been driven on cannot be returned. See our Return Policy Page for details.

Answer: Once we receive and inspect your returned tires, we will process your refund. It typically takes up to 7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
